The Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Guide

What they are, who they’re for, and how to get the best results

If you’ve been thinking about a lash lift or brow lamination, you’ve probably seen the results everywhere lately and thought… should I try that?

They’re two of those treatments that look subtle at first, but once you’ve had them done, you realise how much they actually change your face. You look more awake, more polished, a little more “put together” without really doing anything.

And that’s kind of the appeal.

If it’s your first time, here’s everything you need to know before booking.

So, what is a lash lift?

A lash lift is exactly what it sounds like. It lifts your natural lashes from the root so they sit higher and more open, rather than pointing straight or downwards.

Nothing is added. No extensions, no extra lashes. It just works with what you already have.

The result is longer-looking lashes, more definition, and that soft “mascara effect” without needing to reach for it every morning. Most clients say their eyes just look brighter and more awake.

And brow lamination?

Brow lamination is more about shaping and direction than adding anything new.

The treatment softens the brow hairs so they can be brushed into a more lifted, fuller shape, then sets them in place. It helps create symmetry, fills in gaps, and gives that fluffy, structured look that’s become so popular.

What’s nice about it is that it can be adjusted to suit you. Some people love that bold, brushed-up brow, others prefer something softer and more natural. We always tailor it so it still feels like you.

Why people keep coming back to these treatments

There’s a reason lash lifts and brow laminations have stuck around and aren’t just another passing trend.

They make your life easier.

You wake up looking a bit more done. You don’t need to curl your lashes or spend time filling in your brows every day. They hold up through workouts, swimming, busy mornings, and everything in between.

It’s low effort, but it makes a noticeable difference.

Before your appointment

There’s not a lot you need to do, but a couple of small things help.

Try to come in with clean skin and no eye makeup if you can. Avoid waterproof mascara in the days leading up to your appointment, as it can cling to the lashes and affect the result.

If you’re using strong active skincare like retinol or exfoliating acids, it’s best to keep those away from the brow area for a few days beforehand, just to avoid any extra sensitivity.

Aftercare (this is the part people forget)

The first 24 hours matter the most!

Keep your lashes and brows dry. That means no swimming, no steam, no heavy workouts, and no applying products around the area.

After that, you can go back to normal, but being a little mindful will help your results last longer. Be gentle when cleansing, avoid rubbing your eyes, and brush your brows into place each day to keep them looking tidy.

It’s very low-maintenance, but not completely hands-off.

How long do they last?

Lash lifts usually last around 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.

Brow lamination tends to last around 4 to 6 weeks, as brow hairs grow and shift a bit faster.

Most clients find that keeping up with regular appointments helps everything stay looking soft, full, and consistent.

A quick word on expectations

These treatments enhance what you already have. They’re not about creating something completely different.

You’re not going to walk out with dramatic extension-style lashes or completely new brows. What you will notice is that everything looks more lifted, more defined, and more balanced.

It’s subtle, but in the best way.
