Before your appointment

We're so excited you've chosen us for your relaxing treatment, we just ask a few things to ensure all of our clients always have the best experience possible.

Courtesy Reminder

When you book your appointment at Indulge, we'll ask for your cell phone number or email so we can send you a reminder 48 hour prior to your appointment.  Please reply to this message confirming you are able to still attend the appointment. 

If you cannot make it, please contact us with a minimum of 24 hour prior to the appointment, this will ensure you wont be charged a late cancelation/reschedule fee.

Arrive Early

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, this allows time for any questions you or your therapist may have. It is important to let your therapist know if you have any medical conditions or contraindications that could affect the treatment before the treatment commences.

Parking

Indulge has free parking right outside the front door.

We are located in the heart of Whakatane, opposite Countdown/Hunting & Fishing. 

Client Consideration

Indulge is a place where you can escape the outside world to relax and unwind. In consideration to others, please keep noise to a minimum and come to your appointments alone. For some clients this may be the only downtime they have away from their parenting duties so we respectfully ask you to leave your little ones at home while attending your appointments.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We are a sought after beauty salon, no shows and last minute cancellations impact us and other clients significantly, so please be considerate and give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.  We can then offer your appointment time to someone that is on our waiting list.

You are required to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling to avoid a fee that is payable before your next appointment.  The fee is $40 or the cost of the appointment, whichever is lower.  If using a voucher, this fee will be deducted from the voucher.

Certain services will require a deposit of 50% payable at the time of booking.  If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or don't show up for your appointment, this deposit will be forfeit. 

We will send you a courtesy text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder, this gives ample time to cancel or reschedule before the fee will be applied.  

Terms & Conditions for Vouchers

Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of payment.

Gift Vouchers are redeemable for services only (unless stated on the voucher).

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue shown on the voucher.

Unused balance on expired gift vouchers will not be refunded, given as cash or credited.

Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.

Prices for treatments are subject to change.

Walk In Appointments

We are often fully booked and unfortunately turn away most clients without an appointment.  

It is strongly advisable to give us a call or email to see if we can find a suitable time so we can try to fit you in.  

Payment

You can pay via cash, internet banking, EFTPOS and credit card. 

If you wish to set up a pre-payment plan, please speak to one of our friendly staff to arrange. 

We reserve the right to change any of these terms at any time.
