Why do I need to pay a 30% deposit when booking?To secure your appointment, we require a 30% deposit upfront. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures our team’s time is respected. The deposit goes towards your treatment and is only non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!

What is Indulge Beauty’s rescheduling and cancellation policy?We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% of the treatment cost will apply. This fee is payable upfront as a deposit when booking. Please don’t be offended when we request a deposit—it helps us ensure all clients receive the best service possible. Thank you for understanding!

What if my product arrives damaged?Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Send us a description of the issue, along with photos if possible, and we’ll either replace the item or apply a credit to your account. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us.

What if I change my mind on a product purchase?If you change your mind, we're happy to help—provided the product is unopened, sealed, and in good condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. We’ll issue a credit to your account, which you can use in-store or online. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.

As long as the product is unopened and in original condition, we’ll arrange to get the correct item to you and guide you through returning the incorrect one.
