Frequently asked questions
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% of the treatment cost will apply. This fee is payable upfront as a deposit when booking.
During the month of December, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Send us a description of the issue, along with photos if possible, and we’ll either replace the item or apply a credit to your account. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us.
