What is Indulge Beauty’s rescheduling and cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% of the treatment cost will apply. This fee is payable upfront as a deposit when booking.

During the month of December, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.

Please don’t be offended when we request a deposit—it helps us ensure all clients receive the best service possible. Thank you for understanding!

Why do I need to pay a 30% deposit when booking?

We require a 30% deposit (50% in December) to secure your appointment. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures our team’s time is respected, so every client can enjoy a seamless experience.

Your deposit goes toward your treatment and is non-refundable only if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible — this allows us to offer your slot to another client.

During December, deposits are increased to 50% due to high demand. Our standard 30% deposit returns in January.

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Send us a description of the issue, along with photos if possible, and we’ll either replace the item or apply a credit to your account. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us.
