We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% of the treatment cost will apply. This fee is payable upfront as a deposit when booking. During the month of December, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply. Please don’t be offended when we request a deposit—it helps us ensure all clients receive the best service possible. Thank you for understanding!
